Rughooking Day!!

Yes, today was our monthly rughooking get-together at Country Collections in Moore, OK.  We meet the second Tuesday of every month to work on hooked rugs, stitcheries, wool appliques, or just whatever we feel like doing.

Gail is a quilter and came to visit with us today. She was ready to start sewing on the binding. Enjoyed her visit to our group today.

And this little mat was started and finished by Ginger today. She arrived with no loops pulled on the snowman and left with a finished hooked project ready for the binding.

We did have another earthquake last night around 8:30pm but so far none today. It measured a 4.7 but didn't seem to last as long as the other two. Hope all this shaking slows down soon.

As usual, some Emma pics from last weekend.  Hope you enjoy them as much as I do. She is such a sweet little girl and so much fun.

Well, guess I better get back to getting some things finished for the craft show on Friday.

Before I go, let me tell you about another giveaway to check out. My AAPG friend, Kelley, is having a giveaway for her 500th post.  Click here and it will take you to her blog. She is an awesome lady and does beautiful hooked rugs, quilts and cross stitch.

Blessings....patijane

  2. Good times with other hookers. Laura's 2 color rug was just beautiful. Ginger sure can get the hooking done fast. I was amazed that she had that rug finished (except for binding) in just the one day at our hooking...and we were all talking, laughing and still she got it done.
